Russia's Union for Mental Health have created three different Russian Self-Help apps including AntiPanic and AntiDepression, link to download is here.

Help is nearby — for 6-18 year olds in Russia, providing safe information and free online psychological help.

Your territory. Online — Up to 23 years old in Russia, youth can talk to consultants and share openly.

7 Cups — an international online chat website where users can text a volunteer listener

For Russians not in Russia, Safe In Our World has compiled a list of mental health organisations and services in different countries (UK, US, EU, Asia).

Befrienders — provide an open space for those in distress to talk and be heard. This is via telephone helplines, SMS messaging, face to face, internet chat, outreach and local partnerships.

Find A Helpline — provides a list of active mental health hotlines from a list of countries.

MIGSOVET — free psychological help online (this one I cannot fully verify its legitimacy as it is a fully Russian site, and it seems to be a public forum rather than an emergency helpline)
